Regeneration is a blend specially formulated by Maureen for the purpose of detoxifying and strengthening your physical system while clearing your mind and renewing your spirit. It is a powerful companion to juice fasting or special cleansing diets. For optimum results follow a 10 day on / 10 day off cycle with this blend. Drink 2-3 cups per day. Steep this blend until room temperature to allow all the benefits of each herb to infuse into the water. It's easier if you brew a days worth (3 cups) the night before.

 ***Ok, I have to be honest and admit this is not my favorite tasting blend. But, it totally kicks butt when wanting to cleanse and clear yourself on all levels. I, personally, add peppermint or spearmint to it for flavor. But, I have heard great feedback about adding either a tea bag of the Hibiscus Vanilla Apple or the Blackberry Sage to it for flavor.***
